Weight/Mass Gainer

Just started a new job in the industry field, whats up baws. In the past few weeks I've already lost 10 lbs, which might sound good, except for me being 6'3 and weighing 150.
Anyways, is there any kind of mass gainer I could take before or after work that would help me gain weight.

I'm not a fan of them. Too much sugar.

Then what would you recommend?

18 whole eggs and 1.5 lbs of beef daily.
Like was stated above, too much sugar in traditional weight gainers. You could go on true nutrition and build one using sweet potato or brown rice powder but beef and eggs is gonna be your best bet.

That sounds miserable. I went with the ice cream and snickers method.

I like a nice medium chocolate Hulk from smoothie king.

So if I wanted to gain weight without having to go buy a carton of eggs and a pack of beef daily. What should I use?

you should eat enough calories to gain. Not trying to be a smartass but you need to monitor your calorie intake for a week or two and keep adding calories until you are no longer losing. This is your maintenance more or less depending on activity level.
From there add calories as you see fit from whatever you like. But 1.5lbs of beef and a carton of eggs is not that much food at all if you are trying to gain weight and work an active job.
but for a quick shake, do whey protein mutiple times a day with 1 tbsp of olive oil or grass fed butter added. do this with 50g of whey a few times a day to add quick and easily digestable calories. Natural PB works well also.

thats not that much food for an average 200lbs male trying to gain weight. would need way more than that to truely gain. and ice cream and snickers is not really going to help build muscle.

Oh I know. I was just kidding. I wouldn't recommend that diet.

Did you become a certified nutritionist before dishing out this type of advice?

Did you lick my balls before typing your reply?

No - do you like having that done by other dudes?
Was just giving you a hard time for being captain obvious, but I guess you're just an a-hole.

I would think this should do the trick. Loaded with calories and protein. Used to love the vanilla hulk.
