First time working out since adding carbs / protein back

Definitely more energy/ strength in the mid weight reps heavy weight still about the same but definitely felt better

Gained 2lb so nothing crazy

Tracking calories I’ve been between 2300-2500 cal a day

Macros

30-40 protein 30-40 fat 20-30 carbs

Hitting 200-220g protein a day

Weighed myself today 215.5 so I gained 3# and it hasn’t budged in 2 weeks so I’d say I’m doing good.
