Weakness/lack of proprioception in left side

Has anyone ever experienced a significant strength imbalance and very different proprioception in one side of their body compared to another? I am trying to figure out what path I could go down to figure out what is wrong with me/how to fix it. I will list out some symptoms:
-I almost cant get sore on any muscle on my left side
-Less strength on left side
-Significantly less proprioception on left side (certain muscles on left side are almost impossible to activate and others require me to give a lot of attention to if I want to activate them)
-stiff right side and keep getting little injuries or pains that I think are from overcompensating
-Its on my entire left side from neck to toes
-I do not remember experiencing anything like this in my 20's
I (33yo/Male) have been pretty active for most of my life (HS football, BJJ in late 20's, consistently strength training through most of 20's). Lower back injuries and some upper neck tighteness from football and BJJ. I have bad forward head posture and rounded shoulders from sitting all day in my work over the last few years.
I thought about seeing a PT but my worry is going through a revolving door of providers who just give me corrective exercises and never get to the root issue.

When you say weakness, do you just mean there’s an imbalance and your left side isn’t quite as strong, or do you notice an actual deficit on your left side? If the latter, it might be prudent to check with a neurologist to see if there’s some neurological factor involved.
Any numbness or tingling?

I am right handed and my left side has always been slightly weaker but we are talking maybe 1/2-1 rep less than my right side.
What has concerned my is what feels like a lack of engagement of my left side. Its as if my CNS gives up before my muscles do. It is very hard to get a pump on my left side.
Its hard to explain but I do get some very slight numbness when working out. I occasionally feel some tingling but that is when I am laying on the couch and I think thats a result of my neck position.

My guess is a pinched or compressed nerve that's partially blocking electrical signals from nerve to muscle. Get it looked at by a neuro

I would see a physician. When only one side of the body is effected, it’s not generally not a good sign.

Thank you guys! Just reached out to my DPC to see if she has any Neruo recommendations.
