I read a study in a sports medicine journal that the body can really only process 20-30 grams of protein every couple of hours ( I forget the exact numbers but that was the gist of the research.) It’s much more beneficial to spread out your protein than to double scoop and make a 45-55g shake. You’ll end up pooping out half of it. As far as bloating, I’ve never once felt bloated taking Gold Standard. It also mixes really well. Just my 2 cents.

no you didnt

you read a study that said ~30g of protein maximizes protein synthesis for roughly 3 hours. The two are not the same.

is it optimal to spread evenly across 8 meals everything perfect...prolly by like 1-3% better

but your body doesnt just dump the protein, it slows digestion after maximizing protein synthesis.

we have a bunch of studies showing this

no need to worry about protein timing etc until you are in the 11-12% range at most
