Has anyone started taking vitamin b12 and started retaining fluid?

Aren’t all B vitamins water soluble? You’d think they would have a diuretic effect, no?

That is what I am curious about if anyone has had edema from taking b12

B12 reduces water retention. Are you on Testosterone? Your estradiol may be out of whack and very high, get it checked. All that fluid is bad for your heart. If it is heart related, the doc will out you on Blood Pressure medication with a diuretic (ask for HCTZ)
