Do you risk working out with it? I’m nervous about surgery since it isn’t physically bothering me, so I’ve held off. Anybody here work out with these things?

I have one. I asked the doctor if I should be concerned. He asked how long and how frequent do I work out. I basically answered my own question when I said I have been working out for years very frequently, and nothing has happened.
He said surgery is very common, so you can go to any hospital and have it.
That being said, i can do things that make me feel it more. Ab work or stomach vacuums seem to trigger a very mild soreness.

I wear a belt, but no, I don't feel like that during squats. If I did, I think I would get the surgery.

I did for about a year before mine started bleeding then had the surgery no long term side effects.

First few days after were rough. YOu don’t realize how many muscles in your stomach you use when sitting up and down. Use a pillow to brace the area when maneuvering and it lessens the pain. Was almost back to normal in a few days afterwards
