Just listened to a strength podcast (Brute Strength I believe) from February in which Moffitt and his assistant briefly discussed moving to a triphasic exercise regimen. It sounds very intriguing, and I am thinking about trying to incorporate it into my own workouts as I get back into the swing of it.
Does anyone have experience with an entire program? (Focus on eccentric or negative aspect of lifts going slower in both negative and positive, Focus on isometric or pausing between negative and positive sections of lifts, Focus on concentric or traditional lifting in which you move the weight as fast and explosively as you can)

there is the book for you. unless you are an athlete though, I don't think its something you are going to really really benefit from.
