The importance of keeping a log

Got back on my workout schedule yesterday after a two week layoff related to the storm. I was pleasantly surprised I actually seemed to have gotten stronger. Several hours later I realized i had used 5 lbs less on every exercise

My OCD kicked in and I went back at lunch for a do over with the right weights. Legs were tough but I got through it. Didn't finish upper body.
