I started doing planks, L sit, and reverse hypers last week. I may throw in GHRs this week. Also did more hamstring work than usual. Going to try to strengthen everything possible so I can get back to my DL and squats in February

Get a fat chick and put her on your shoulders. I've seen skinny dudes do it. Size does not mean strength.

2x BW (300+ lady) push presses
1x ME front hold through door
2 minute AMRAP cowgirl style
