I’m looking to get a smart watch for under $100, preferably looking to spend around $50. I only need something basic that’ll keep track of my heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep.

2nd this.
Absolutely love my Garmin Instinct. Put it through hell and doesn't even have a scratch on it.

Plus the phone app is very user friendly.

I'll sell you my used Forerunner 25 for $30 shipped. It's a great starter watch.

The only thing is that it doesn't have a built in heart rate monitor, but you can add on a chest strap if you need that.

I don't know of any athletic watches that measure blood pressure. You might need to check companies that make blood pressure cuffs (i.e. Omron, homedics, etc) for that.
