I tore it back in February, got a steroid injection and went on my way after 3 weeks off. I was fine for a while, but it flared up again this week, badly. I got another injection on Thursday, ultrasound showed a very small tear again, nothing major. I know it won't fix itself, but is there anything I can do to help it heal up so I can at least lift decently again? Any kind of physical therapy or diff movements after I rest it for the next 10 days?

The actual bicep or the long head tendon?

Long head tendon i guess. Just going off of what I understood. I’m a little confused.

I had a “small tear” a few years ago that quit responding to steroid shots. Pain was insane so I had bicep tenodesis surgery and surgeon found bone spurs in the bicipital groove that had shredded the bicep. The surgery recovery was around 12 months, but now I am pain free and still have same strength.
