I have this pain on the inside of my forearm that runs between my pinkie and elbow. It only happens when I do bicep curls. Da fuq is happening man?

Bar or db?
If bar, try db. Most forearm pain is about wrist angle, and the bar forces a fixed angle.

EZ bar. I like to do preacher curls.

I'd try switching out for DB's for a bit. The freedom to rotate your wrists can help a lot.
I might steer away from the preacher setup until the issue is more resolved too. A lot of those issues are being locked into a movement arc where a couple inches of the ROM are tough on that area. Seated/standing DB will give you the ability to change arm and wrist angle to avoid movement pattern pain.

Gotta cut down on the jerkin man. You're forearms are getting bigger than your biceps
