I agree with this. Although, it seems it's taking my body quite a while this year

Although I'm also running 1:30-2:00-minutes per mile faster than I was this time last year, so that's likely a factor.

On Sunday I go full dumbass. My sprint workout is this: 200m, 200m, 400, 400, 600, 600, 800, 800, 600, 600, 400, 400, 200, 200

I walk 200m between each set. Whoops my big arse
