I don't. Feels like doing a lat pulldown every rep. Lats get pumped Everytime.
People should always do weighted/strict pull-ups/chins as accessory work, though. But between the two exercises, they seem to target different areas

Weighted Dips
35x8, 44x8, 53x8
Weighted Tricep Dips between 2 benches
45x8x10
Reverse Curls
70x8, 80x10x3
Single DB Extensions
30x8, 35x8, 40x8
W1W3 bench on Friday should be 275 at 3-6 reps for 3 sets. If I get 6, I add weight.
