Referred pain in upper chest and clavicle from neck

Anyone have to deal with pain in upper peck and collar bone area likely caused by issues with neck? It’s not serious enough to get an mri. I was wondering if there are any recommendations on how to help get rid of it besides anti inflammatory and stretches

Sure it’s not actually your subclavius directly? That’s a troublesome muscle once it’s gets fired up.
