Recs for a simple, wrist only heart rate monitor?

I’m looking for something that doesn’t need Bluetooth and doesn’t require a chest strap. Just heart rate that remains on the screen constantly without having to hit buttons or anything. I just want to be able to look at it like a watch and see current heart rate. Does this even exist? TIA
