Current scale is a basic digital scale that only records weight

Was interested in opinions on scales that show other metrics like water weight, muscle weight, BMR, body fat %

I know that things like body fat % are pretty tough to measure. I'm more worried about the trend than the precision though.

TIA

LINK

Got one of these the other week, so far I love it.

Download the app, turn on your bluetooth, as soon as you get on it uploads to your phone.

Looks simple enough and pretty cheap

Probably does more than I need it to

Go check out one of the reviews they show a picture of the app and everything it measures.

So I didn't expect thing thing to give me some super accurate analysis but the bone weight it's showing isn't even believable

I have this exact scale and it works great for me. I'd definitely recommend it.

It looks to be good so far

Just trying to figure out why the bone weight reading is so off

I guess it's just not picking that up and spitting out a default value?

I don't really pay attention to that, mine seems to be way off with bone mass also.

Everything else though seems to be spot on.

Dear fatty,

Thanks for your contacting first. We would like to tell you that this measurement is a calculation of bone tissue.?It means bone mineral(calcium, phosphorus etc) and bone matrix (collagen fiber, ground substance, inorganic salt etc) per unit volume? Therefore, please do not worry, this measurement result is correct. Hoping this will be helpful. If there have any problem, please contact feel free to contact us.

Look forward to your feedback and have a good day.
