Started the journey yesterday.
Eating only protein and green vegetables.
I bought a lot of the Epic Bars.
They are super easy and I really enjoy them.
I eat one bar within an hour of waking, drink about 20 oz of water and 2 cups of coffee. Mid morning I have another epic protein bar and then another mid afternoon. After work my wife has a protein, fish and green vegetables for dinner. Then around 8 I eat another protein bar..
Anyone is welcome to comment on this as I hope this is a good routine. I like schedules and consistency. This in my mind should work well for my temperament.

I’m here with you brother. Eating about 20-24 OZ of Chicken and getting the rest of my protein from Whey/egg whites. Cup of steamed broccoli with each meal. I’m on day 4, and I finally feel sustained. Day 2 was my hardest day.

I used to always eat some cookies and milk or a lil ice cream at that time before bed.
I have started making a protein shake in the blender with
4-6oz of 2% milk a scoop of chocolate protein powder and 4-6 oz of crushed ice and sometimes a bannna.
Taste like a Wendy’s frosty and gets my protein intake up.
