I’m a little leery about increasing carbohydrates, as I was diagnosed with a fatty liver a year ago and have reduced my triglycerides over 300% since by reducing carbohydrates. I’m convinced a low carb diet is what is best for my metabolic health at this point. So, I would like to find a an HDL solution that doesn’t involve me raising carbohydrates if possible.
Yeah. I wasn't suggesting that you increase your carb intake. I was just suggesting some alternatives to typical grain-based foods that people tend to consume regularly. Spinach, beans, and other greens would be preferable for you with the fatty liver and related metabolic issues. The olive oil has several properties that will be helpful. Good luck.
