6'3
230 Lbs
Goal weight: 190-195

Right now, I'm snacking on greek yogurt, whey shakes, eggs and so on but trying to get down to around 10-12% body fat and could definitely use some help getting there. I've cut a lot of the bad out of my diet but I'm definitely not getting enough protein per day in my opinion. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

Those snacks are fine. I eat those things and hover around 10%.

Be more specific and people can help you more. Like plain Greek yogurt or flavored with a bunch of sugar and less protein? How many eggs? How many shakes a day?

What else are you eating, like a typical full day of eating. How much weight have you lost since you changed your diet and how long has it been?

Are you actually tracking your calories and macros or simply tying to eat better?

I've been thinking of cutting out my Greek yogurt and peanuts because I'm trying to cut out as many carbs as possible. I usually go with Wal-Mart brand vanilla because Fooducate recommended that brand. I've tried plain before and it was awful. Is it an acquired taste? I tried the Danon Oikos Triple Zero.

Just trying to eat healthier and track macros, too. Going for an aesthetic look, I suppose.

Beans. Red, white, black, etc. Buy them in the bag and cook them. They freeze well and are a quick meal when on the run. Pistachios and roasted almonds. Try Greek yogurt with blueberries. My favorite lately is whole grain bagel with almond butter spread and honey drizzle on top.

Get the plain yogurt and put a teaspoon of honey and a cup of blueberries in it, add a cup of oatmeal too if you wanna make an optimal pre workout meal.
