You’ve developed a tolerance for the caffeine, not the arginine. It’s a common occurrence with caffeinated preworkout supplements. The only thing you can do is either increase your caffeine intake or you can ween off the caffeine for a bit to reset your tolerance.

I take weekends off caffeine. I get a headache every time, but the tolerance stays manageable.
