Post Quarantine Workout Plan

Early 30s male, 5’9” 185. Need to drop 15 or so (thanks corona), and get back into better cardio shape. Any suggestions or resources for diet/workouts? I’ve got basic equipment at the house and a beachbody subscription since working out at home is much more feasible than going to the gym for my family situation. I tend to get a bit OCD so some type of meal plan and workout regimen fits my personality best.
