Do P90x but switch out the too long yoga with Tony Horton Fountain of Youth Yoga - intense but much shorter!

Can you email me? I'll be happy to answer the question with anyone, but I don't like talking financial stuff here and it's Beachbody, so I don't want to hear the critics.

Shift shop is pretty cool, alternating days of agility training and strength training. It's 21 days long, (not as extreme as Insanity). First week is 25 minutes, second 35, and 3rd week 45. Also the nutrition plan cuts carbs a little each week. The test group results were pretty cool.

That's a really good one too. The BOD takes all the yoga workouts from every routine and categorizes them in one group so it's easy to switch up if you don't like the original P90X Yoga and want to switch out.

People shite on BB but Tony Horton is the man. Yeah he's goofy but his workouts are top notch and his knowledge of what constitutes perfect form is superb.

The dude is 55 years old and in better shape than most 20 somethings. I got to talk face to face with him in 2012, super nice guy really connects with you in conversation. You're right though people do shite on BB because they only see it from the brand new coaches they meet up with. I get it, some are a pain in the arse. The company really does care about its customers and coaches, and they put a lot of study into the things they put out. Sometimes the orders get screwed up, even on me, but hey they fix it. Okay let me go sit down and let the Kool Aid wear off.
