Finished T25, P90X programs. I have lost 45lbs over past 5 months. Want to try body beast next. Any thoughts? Want to get more definition.

Definition comes from low body fat %

Body beast can help you build muscle if you push it and with like anything your diet is on point. You will get what you put in.

It does take a good bit of equipment, with the amount of equipment you need, there are other programs that would prolly be better.

Body beast definitely works but you’re gonna need a decent amount of weights to really bulk from it. It got kind of boring for me bc I really don’t like lifting heavy and would prefer more of a faster pace workout so I mixed in asylum with it. Try it out. There’s some good dumbbell routines in it.

I bought the bowflex adjustable weights. The ones up 52.5 lbs. that should be enough

depends on how advanced you are but these type of programs are generally trash and will not give you more definition as effectively as several other programs will

I did it for about a year and liked it, got good results. It's more of a pump up your muscles and make them look good than increasing strength, which I was good with, but it depends on your goals. As far as getting more "definition", like 777 said, that has to be achieved by decreasing body fat %.

The leg workouts for body beast are the toughest workouts I’ve ever done. You will get bigger on body beast but like others have said, it’s all about what you eat for definition
