Older lifter and blood pressure...PSA

I posted a few weeks ago as an older guy (48) getting back into strength training. Had some great responses and I’m really enjoying it. Thanks for the info.
I’ve always had good BP but noticed last year mine had tripped a tick above normal and it stayed that way throughout 2018 the beginning of 2019. Not enough to worry about but I was keeping an eye on it.
Was at my parents house and hadn’t checked it in a while...specifically since I started lifting. My folks have a BP monitor and in using it throughout the weekend I noticed that it had returned to normal...120ish over 70 ish. I’ve made no changes to diet or anything else...other than lifting.
Purely anecdotal but still...I’m taking this as a win! FYI.
