I am looking for recommendations on NSF Certified Pre Workout supplements and a protein for after workouts. What does the board recommend?

It’s not my favorite supp, but I know for sure Muscle Milk has a collegiate edition. I’m sure it’s overpriced for what you get.

MuscleMilk Collegiate is pretty good. You can get the 5 lb can for probably $50-$60.

Amazon has it. Cheaper too.

There is not a lot of protein though. 10g per scoop. I would reccomend buying gold standard whey by optimum nitrition. That as 24g of protein per scoop.

Is that NSF certified? I know it has to meet a certain carb to protein ratio. The gold standard whey is typically around 20g with no carbs, or very little carbs, right? I could be wrong though and don’t feel like looking it up.

There’s no NSF badge/label on my Gold Standard containers. Figured there would be if it met those standards.

I wonder if that’s generic for another product or for their gold standard whey?

I like Klean, especially their recovery mix is delicious. All of their stuff is NSF certified. I don't think they have any pre-workout, but could be wrong.

Which Klean products would you use for a preworkout and then a post workout?

I haven't used any of their products preworkout. I like their Recovery mix post-workout. Could also use the Isolate post-workout.
