OK, I am fixing to need to pick a rehab facility for some long term(8-10 months)care for my wife. We have done 41 days at OLOL in Baton Rouge and 10 days at Promise Hospital. The case worker will be giving us suggestions and I have a friend of my wife's that works at a facility in Baton Rouge as well. Can I get some reviews from anyone that has had a loved one, that they have went though this with. Going to do plenty homework before making a decision. TIA

I am by no means an expert, but my fiancé’s grandmother recently just passed from glioblastoma. While she was in recovery post surgery, she spent time at the neuro medical center off Perkins Rowe. From what I’ve seen, they have a really good team. There was no hope of beating the tumor, but the facility did a great job caring for her and trying to rehabilitate her.

If I'm not mistaken that is the Neuro Medical Center rehab facility. That was on of the places that was recommended. Thanks

Probably not much help, but TIRR in Houston is the best that I have ever seen.

They do Gods work in performing miracles.
