Need your suggestions re IF *Updated*

So I started IF about a month ago. Over the first 2 weeks, I saw incredible results for such a short amount of time, comparatively speaking. These last 2 weeks have been another story. I feel like I hit a "plateau" or something.
The most disconcerting thing are my bowel movements, or lack thereof. My morning constitution is nonexistent and I have a movement about every 4 days now. And they are violent.
I know this might sound stupid but I'm only being honest here.
I typically go 18-6, sometimes 16-8. Diet is clean, trying my best to stick to a keto diet.
Workout is at 6am and I'm very strict on not breaking the fast til at least 12pm.
Any thoughts?
EDIT: So after looking at my diet, I realized that I actually have a healthy amount of fiber intake.
So I started taking my BCAAs with my preworkout in the AM. The change has been drastic. I'm regular again and starting to see better results after less than a week.
My only question is this: I've read before that BCAAs are technically breaking your fast. Is this not the case? Or should I just not worry about it if I'm seeing the results I want?

So you Workout fasted at 6am but don’t eat until 12pm??
Hmm. That’s sounds shitty to be honest.
I would try to get my workout in right before I break my fast. And take BCAA’s preworkout.
And eat more fiber

Make this drink and drink it 1-2 times a week and it’ll help.
1-2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of sea salt or pink salt
1 teaspoon of Cream of Tarter
1 lemon
1 teaspoon of fiber
Mix in 8-10ounces of water
I mix that all in to my patriot green drink and it doesn’t taste bad at all.
That will replenish your electrolytes and give your body the minerals it needs that you lost from losing water weight in your body. They also help you use the bathroom.
