Need help with my workout program

I decided to change things up a little and rearrange my workout program.
It will be as follows;
Monday - chest, tris, shoulders
Wednesday - squats and accessory leg lifts
Friday - deadlifts, back, and bis
My problem is filling in on Tuesday and Thursday. On those days I would like to focus a little more on conditioning. I could just run on a treadmill, but I find that boring. What could I add on those two days that would help me work on conditioning and explosivity?

Couple options
Could work strong man type exercises
Could work boys weight skill work and ring work
Could look here and pick a conditioning exercise out of the greyskull books and get after it. I suggest pick 4 and do one a day and repeat every 2 weeks.
Or you could do heavy bag work.

frick it. Going back to PH3 and adding heavy bag work 2 times a week to start.

ph3 is going to be a lot of volume so be careful with the heavy bag work. Dont want it to affect the lifting sessions.

Yeah. Already thought of that. I’ll just have to be careful.
