After 5 days rest, I returned to the gym today. This month I again upped the work load with a focus on maintaining what ive gained and evening out my gains on shoulders and arms.

So starting 1/6 the next 30 days I will
Be completing:

6 K push ups. Or 200 per day
1500 deadlifts. Or 50 per day
1500 donkey kicks. Or 50 per day
1500 standing calf raises. Or 50 per day
3000 abs. Or 100 per day
300 pullups or 10 per day
30 miles or 1 mile per day

And do 3 heavy lift days per week focused on
1 Chest, posterior delt, and biceps
2 Legs, calf, lat delt
3 Back, posterior delt, biceps
