Is their a place where I can get a mobility assessment, a 20 point measurement using a goniometer? Just any old PT maybe? Wonder if I could get Dr to prescribe a few sessions for general weakness and get it covered by insurance.

I’m looking for deficiencies and a goal to improve upon, and a baseline to reference as I age. Also dynamic movements that use full range of joint motions like cossack, or other hip movements.

There is just not a lot of info out their about this stuff, systems, names of exercises etc.

Check with Peak Performance Physical Therapy. They might offer it.
