3 out of 4 of my family are lactose intolerant to varying degrees. We recently went to Italy/France and weren’t going to deal with trying to go non-dairy and miss out on the food.

We used a few different lactaid type pills taken just prior to meals, and no one experienced the stomach issues that usually come with dairy (cramps, gas, and GI issues).

Try unpasteurized, raw milk. It has the proper bacteria for digestion unlike pasteurized where the bacteria has been cooked out at high temps.

The research coming out on raw milk is awesome. It has healing properties for your body, gut, teeth, etc.

Is it just milk or other dairy products? I can eat cheese, butter, and yogurt but have difficulty with milk and ice cream.
