Metabolic testing

Does anyone know where I can have metabolic testing/body composition analysis done in or near Baton Rouge?
I’d like to know my lean & fat mass, know if I’m under or over burning calories at my resting rate (is my body burning muscle/protein when it should be burning fat), etc.
I have an extremely active outdoor job so I want to make sure working as it should. I eat very healthy but wondering if there’s a possibility I might technically be malnourished- you can be despite having completely normal BMI. I just find it hard to put on muscle and weight despite everything I do.
Here’s a clinic that I would like to visit but they are too far LINK

Not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for but Pennington has a Fit3d machine that will give you that info. Our CrossFit gym gives us free scans every now and then. Fit3d info
I've only done it once but it gave some good info and calculates height, weight, measurements of waist, legs, arms, posture and basal metabolic rate.
You can set up a scan by contacting Pennington at bodylab @ pbrc.edu
Think the scan costs about $15. Only takes a few minutes to do
Corrected spell check
