I usually do a chicken breast, vegetable, and quinoa/risotto/brown rice for lunch
I'm getting tired of eating the same thing. What are some other ideas?

Past moth or so my lunch has been 93 7 ground beef with white rice. Usually 9oz beef, 200g rice. I season the beef with taco seasoning. Add a laughing cow cheese, and you got yourself a nice lunch. I can eat it everyday

I can give you an idea on meats.
Pork Tenderloin.
1. Cut various slits in it and stuff some garlic gloves in it.
2. Season the tenderloin with spices. I typically use Rosemary, Oregano, Garlic Salt and Pepper. Spray that bitch with some PAM Olive Oil as well as the pan you are cooking it in.
3.Sear all over(Med High) in the pan then put in oven for 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
4.Let sit for a few minutes so you have juices that come out and just cut up into slivers.
Should be set for dinner and a couple of lunches.
