Creatine and coffee for your pre-workout. Eat a lot of protein, drink a lot of milk.

You could just get protein from food but it’s hard to fit in the 1g per lb of body weight of protein without supplementing.
The creatine helps with strength in the gym. Very helpful on a cut.
There are no miracle supplements.

I get ridiculous bloat with Creatine. Has anyone had this issue and solved the riddle?
