This was a pretty popular fat-loss supplement 10-20 years ago. Was wondering what the current thoughts are. I just ran across a big bottle I have (not expired) and wondered if it’s even worth it to take.

not gonna hurt anything but not going to make a big difference either. injectable version is good stuff but you really need to be a competitor to even see anything from it.

I’ll go ahead and at least finish this bottle. Maybe get another one so I’ve got a 2-3 month “cycle” to see if it does anything.

Speaking of injectable, while I’ve got you, what’s the optimal way to take TRT? I was doing 100 once/week in my hip. Doc changed to 200 every other week without talking to me about it. I guess it’s optimal to do it every 5 days, but I don’t know if he—or my insurance company—would go for that. Works out to 600/month rather than 400. And did you say you inject yours in your stomach or did I dream that?

optimal is 2x dosing a week. do you give your injections to yourself? if so, you just split the dose.

overall dose stays the same, you are just splitting the dose due to half life.

and yes i prefer to use insulin needles and do subq. over course i have been on for 6 years now and had to do everyday HCG shots for a year prior to that for the fertility treatment i did. Currently i am injecting into quads just because i was getting bruising in the stomach from doing subq for so long without a break.

that is two good articles discussing the benifits of subq over IM. plus its painless if doen with a 27 or 29g needle

now lets talk about your pricing....why in the frick are you paying so much? a bottle of test cyp without insurance is $100. needles are less than $10. that is a 3 month supply. wtf are you paying for? if you are paying for them to give you the shot....stop. find another doctor that will allow you to administer yourself. thats fricking nuts.
