Labrum repair post-op recs?

I had a 270 degree labrum repair that required 5 anchors back in August. Fortunately, there was no damage to my biceps. Unfortunately, I changed jobs a couple of months after surgery and only got about a month of rehab covered by insurance. I thought I was only going to have a 1-month gap of no insurance, but it turned wound up being 2. At $100/visit 3 times a week, that added up, so my my PT wrote me up a protocol to follow.
Unfortunately again, I have experienced a lot of pain and am not sure if it’s normal post-op, scar-tissue pain to push through or bad pain where my body is telling me to hold up. So, having learned my lesson from being too aggressive in my 20s trying to recover from a labrum repair, in my 40s, I’m taking a more conservative approach, especially without a professional guiding me.
But I’ve fallen behind schedule. Assuming I get the thumbs up to go ahead with the 3 times/week sessions when my insurance kicks back Feb. 1st, what can I do to supplement my recovery to get back on schedule? I’m open to PRP, stem cell therapy, HGH, SARMS, testosterone therapy (not steroids), anything that can help me close the gap to get where ai need to be without the risk of fricking up my shoulder any worse. I’m open to the financial risk. And strangely, I trust you guys more than the actual professionals in the field. I think they lean super conservative, and understandably so. Any advice appreciated. TIA.

Why don’t you go see your PT once for him to check out your status and give you advice on how to continue? It doesn’t have to be 3 times per week. Maybe just once a week to monitor your situation and progress as tolerated.

I will. But he’s conservative. I’m wondering if there’s any new, cutting edge treatment that could speed-up post-op. I know a lot of that kind of stuff is geared toward pre-op, trying to prevent surgery. I’m wondering if there’s anything that can speed up recovery after the surgery has been performed.
