So if I work out at 12 should I get a meal in before or just get them all in after the workout?

Damn, no wonder it’s been so hard for me to get in my Macros, I’ve been trying to fit them in a 6 hr window!!
I was doing this
11am - BCAA/PWO (assumed broke my fast)
11:30-1pm - Workout
1-1:30 - Shake & 1st Meal
3-4 - 2nd Meal
6:30-7 - final Meal
So you’re telling me I can actually have BCAA/PWO @ 11 and still not actually start my feeding window until my post workout Meal @ 1?????

Are you trying to lose weight or gain weight?

workout fasted. eat your first meal after the workout. make it your largest meal of the day and make it contain about 70% of your daily carbs.

Do you weigh your food raw or after cooking?

either is fine just stay consistent. In myfitnesspal when you type in something realize those are macros for weight raw at least when it comes to meat. Cooked meat usually weighs 2/3 the weight of raw.
i mean its always better to do raw but lot easier to cook in bulk and measure out after.

777, What are your thoughts on the Kino Superhero program? There's a lot going on there. But what if one where to trade the one legged squats for the regular Squat, and the Romanian Deadlifts for the regular deadlift?

i think its a great program and will work well as written or making the substitutions as you wrote them.
