Just got my weightlifting shoes

Huge difference! I got the Adidas adipowers. I feel more stable and can put more drive into the ground. My depth increased and my feet don't slide due to the anti slip bottom. I lifted in flat shoes. My form was better and my back loved it. Highly recommended.

I use mine when heavy squatting singles or heavy power cleans
if not ive been using my metcon 3s which have been great for squats and oly lifts when not going heavy singles

Ive got a black and red pair of those that are a few years old. Ill bust them out once my squat climbs back up. That and I have some ankle mobility im working on so theyd slow that process.

Blue and white? I didnt know the adipowers come in blue. I have the white and grey.
