I do 300 push-ups and 600 abs reps each morning( 5 sets 60 / 120) Been doing it for 2.5 years. It hasn’t really added any additional muscle, but it does make me physically feel great the rest of the day. I hit the gym in the evenings and play a lot of tennis, but I’m never sore or have aches, and I really think it’s because of my morning routine.
