Has anyone read "Jailhouse Strong" by Josh Bryant? I'm trying to decide if it's worth the $20 on Amazon. I'm training more at home now with bodyweight stuff and some dumbbell work thrown in, and wondering there anything worthwhile in it to apply to my workouts.
Thanks.

I haven't read it, but he has a great Youtube channel. He's a legit strength coach too.

He's coached some very strong guys, including Julius Maddox, the record holder in raw bench.

Great coach and a good book, it's worth the 20 but can be found with simple Google search.

Oh, and FWIW, Bryant has a ton of home bodyweight workouts on his Youtube.

He labels them hotel room workouts for travelers who lack equipment.

This is interesting. We're building a new office, and the boss is cancelling all of our gym memberships to build at gym at the office. I'm sure it'll be fairly bare bones at first, so this may be a good route to go. I'll have to give this a look (unless 77 has a copy in his magic google drive.)
