Sounds like: run up a bill; temporary pain relief at best, but no better “functional outcomes” than with conventional therapies; No evidence of long term benefit. Am I reading this right?
Everything else done, is an adjunct to exercise and creating good movement patterns
If you’re only doing dry needling for pain, and not doing other things to take care of your body, or correct poor movement patterns or even reinforce correct movement patterns, then yes, it’s likely you won’t be “fixed”
