Exercise and movement are the best treatments for creating improved long term, functional improvement

Everything else done, is an adjunct to exercise and creating good movement patterns

If you’re only doing dry needling for pain, and not doing other things to take care of your body, or correct poor movement patterns or even reinforce correct movement patterns, then yes, it’s likely you won’t be “fixed”

Our PT will do targeted dry needling for a flat fee.

Normally $20.
