Every single one of those guys are juicing. Mike Ohearn is 48 years old and is 260 with sub 8% body fat year around and strong as shite.

Jeff seid is one of the youngest IFBB pro's in history, where every competitor is on juice, regardless of class. He's probably been juicing since 16. Steve Cook, same shite.

You can obtain a nice physique naturally, yes. But to get as massed up as some of these guys and maintain the body fat percentage at their level of leanness and strength is not possible at the same time, due to a drop in sex hormones when a male gets below 8% BF.

They're also very genetically gifted at the same time, as Seid and Cook especially have tiny waists and wide shoulders that make a perfect v-taper.

What do most of them take though

In Seid and Cook's case, lots of Trenbolone, EQ for appetite and leaness, DNP while on a cut (which is an extremely dangerous drug and rumored to have contributed in the death of Zyzz), a testosterone base, maybe some Dianabol when bulking, and anavar/winstrol on a cut.

Cook has maybe dealt into GH a little as well.

Mike O'hearn, basically everything. Trenbolone, GH, D-Bol, Anadrol, etc.
Natural test declines every year past the age of 30 significantly. This guy is a genetic freak, but no 48 year old man could produce enough test naturally to maintain his physique, which is one a guy in his late 20's and geared the frick up can not usually achieve.

I thought the majority of these drugs caused baldness and Seid, O'Hearn, Cook all have good heads of hair lol.

If you're genetically predisposed for baldness, it quickens the process and makes it appear earlier. Not everyone who abuses PED's goes bald, see Jay Cutler(4x Mr. Olympia).
