The problem is you’ll want to work out with max intensity and max weight to impress the hotties in the “box.” When you choose to rep out 275lb deadlifts 40reps for time you’ll herniate a disc and fall over like a wet noodle but deny the need for any help because you still want to appear tough in front of the yoga pant wearing milfs.
So word to the wise - slow down, insist on good form, and bottom line if you’re not comfortable with the workout (for time) just do your own thing. IMO there are some lifts that just are not compatible with being timed/rushed for me.
