Intermittent Fasting While On Vacation

I've been dieting and weightlifting the past three months and I'm going to the beach in a few weeks. I would like to enjoy food while I'm there and I'm curious if intermittent fasting would be a good idea. I'd like to eat what I want and not ruin the past three months of work I have put in. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a guide or offer up some tips? TIA

Maybe there will be something fun to do at the beach to burn some calories too

Pick a meal a day to eat whatever you want and enjoy yourself. Make the other two meals small or skip one or both.

^ what he said
That's what I always do. Our biggest meal is always dinner plus it involves drinks so I grab a banana and or yogurt for breakfast, salad for lunch, a few apples throughout the day and have a great dinner.
The good thing is usually that I walk a ton throughout the day while on vacation

I was at the beach last weekend and decided to do IF so I could eat as much as I wanted for dinner.
I learned that oysters are actually very low calorie - like 40 calories in a half dozen raw. I got a fried oyster platter with potato salad and grilled zucchini. MFP estimated the meal at around 750 total and I had saved up 1500 and had to scrounge for food at the hotel just to hit my daily goal.

Man just go enjoy vacation. Why do you want to worry about what you eat when on vaca. I had dieted hard jan-april and went to the beach. Ate doughnuts, ice cream, burgers, fries, all the good fried stuff, eating all hrs of the night, ordering pizza. Got home and had gained 3 lbs. Started back eating right and lost it all by next wkend. You will just gain water weigjt. Enjoy your vaca and dont stress over food.

I suspend all my diet rules when I go on vacation. Vacation is supposed to get away from everything. Just enjoy yourself and live your life.
