Infrared saunas
Problem is, they don't get hot enough. 150ish is the max.

I’m sorta interested in the infrared sauna blanket (more like a bag) from Boncharge. Anyone used something similar?

Tractor supply has 100 gallon 'troughs' for about $150 with a $5 drain attachment I can get to 50 degrees (while 85 outside) with ten bucks of ice and go about 10 minutes every day. Does tend to clear your head, but has all but eliminated shoulder, knee and L5 inflammation in a matter of weeks.

Anyone bought one of those pop up steam saunas like Saunabox? I’d like to pick one up but they all seem like China junk.

I use one. Closer to a steam room than a sauna. It relaxes your body after a workout and pull sweat out of you but it’s not as intense as an actual sauna.
