Infrared Sauna

I'm looking to do an infrared sauna. So far I think I'm set on doing a little DIY one. Can anyone recommend any bulbs or have any experience? I'm looking for both heat and near-infrared therapy. I'm going to need multiple bulbs so mixing and matching isn't an issue.

For you to receive the full benefits of LED therapy, you can't be too far from the source or the effects are minimal.
Most therapy devices recommend a maximum of 6" from the source.
