Needles not gonna happen so I started this regiment 2 a day last week. Suffering from golfers elbow at the moment. What’s the boards opinions are experience with oral approach?

Yep I’ve seen that. I’m taking on empty stomach and this brand touts maximum absorption. So hoping for the best.

I doubt it will do much. There is a reason it's injected instead of oral. Besides, it's just a teenie tiny insulin needle. You really can't feel it.
