I'm back (I think/hope)

I tore my hamstring in December, and was operated on.
Worst he's ever seen, said my surgeon. FYI, he handles the falcons, braves and Atlanta ballet.
So incredibly weak, but I know it won't rip again. Know.
That said, the weakness is alarming. Probably 20% of the other leg , which also is at 60% of what was previously optimum.
What calvary awaits me? I ask, as this dbag won't answer.
That said, he's happy. Says it looks really, really good.
It's very numb, and I have the shakes since he operated on me (which he says he doesn't understand).
I had a chronic microtear which was next to the sciatic nerve, hence it's recurring reopening. It's what caused the full tear (although higher in the leg) as it made my run stop, but the speed I was at impeded me from an immediate stop, and as I tried to hop to a stop, the whole hamstring tore.
He now says it's unrelated (but in post op says he repaired it as well). I know it is directly related. I know my body.
Dafuq do I do? He's the best, who do I turn to?

You high on pain pills? What the hell are you asking?

so is it repaired or not? if it is you do rehab and slowly strengthen it and the n other with single leg movements.

I don't understand, did you tear it again? If so, you turn to a doctor and you're probably not back.
If you only tore it once, and it's surgically repaired, you need to do rehab. Lay a rehab plan out and go.
I'm really not sure what yout situation is or what you question is, though.

I've rehabbed. I'm concerned about my nerves (pulse still shaky, and the numbness).
Thought somebody may have a useful suggestion.
ETA. He's not coming clean, as methinks he fears I might sue him.

Relative to medical issues, get a second opinion if you don't trust the original doc.
Beyond that, continue a comprehensive rehab. If you tore it badly in December, I'd be shocked if you're 100%.

Yeah that's great, now remember when you said Georgia will destroy LSU? Choke on your crow, dipshit.

I cant speak to the shaking, but after severing some nerves breaking my neck I can tell you that I was told to give it a full year before even looking at the possibility of permanent damage. nerves grow back at the rate of about 1mm/day, and they don't grow straight, so you have to allow a lot more time than you think for those to grow back and reconnect. 2 years post-op and I still have days where my fingers tingle like they are asleep, but it doesn't last past a day or so. be patient. that's a major thing to happen and its going to take time, he's a surgeon, not a miracle worker, and you may never be 100%, unfortunately.

You're sorely mistaken. I said UGA would roadgrade. As in run at will. Unfortunately, we have an idiot OC, who abandoned the run after pushing LSU 80 yards in ten plays.
I had no idea he'd try to get cute and be stupid.
