Neighbor is doctor, starting to do the Wellness gig along with her other practice. She suggested the Hume as its within a couple of percent accuracy of a DEXA scan.
My wife got me one for birthday, just starting to use it and figure it out. Anybody else use one?

alll of these can be reasonably as accurate as dexa. key is though consistency and these can be consistent if you do the weigh in the same time every morning with same routine and dont do it after say having a bunch of seafood or suddenly taking creatine or anything else that will cause you to hold water
i was thinking about getting the inbody h40 but will prolly go with the hume pod 2.0 for less than half of the price.

I don’t have the band but have had the body scan for a couple years. The only issue I have is it will say I’m somewhat leaner than I actually am l, I think it’s taking some of my water weight and calculating that as lean mass. Overall it’s good at tracking your trends, but is not going to be as accurate as a Dexa scan, especially on someone that is fairly muscular. I do use mine regularly though.

I really like the Hume pod. No it isn't perfect but as others said, the trends are good.
Have recently lost 24 pounds, and tracking the muscle and fat trends while lifting heavy has been great.
